I am Shelley Caldicott, a fully insured Reiki Master Practitioner based in Solihull, West Midlands. Having faced many challenges in my own life from an early age, I understand the impact this can have and the burden we can carry throughout our lives….relationship issues, anxiety, depression, physical illness, negative thought patterns, and self-esteem issues to name a few. It was during my own journey to heal I discovered reiki and it’s transformative effects. This inspired me to dive deeper into it to be able to share the power of energy work with others so I studied over 3 years, eventually becoming a reiki master in 2022.

I have spent many years in the private health sector managing various surgical specialties but my true passion lies in the holistic approach to mind, body and spirit - it is all connected !
